The XVII TROFEO CONCELLO AS PONTES SALA CAP'15 International Archery Tournament was yet another display of Team Hoyt’s skill and abilities.

With two gold, two silver and four bronze medals the Team Hoyt train stormed through the As Pontes in the north of Spain.

The recurve womens stage was dominated by the youngsters.

Sandra Nieva (ESP) outshot her opponent in the finals to take home the gold. Spanish national team member Miriam Alarcon left As Pontes with a bronze medal in the bag.

The compound women was an uno, dos, tres as it has been many times already this season.

After a rocky start Hoyt pro staff shooter Erika Anear (DEN) made use of her experience to gain back her momentum and took care of business. Pilar Alvarez (ESP) could not keep up and had to settle for silver behind Erika.

Local hero Andrea Marcos who had a super season in the world cups in 2015 managed to take bronze.

Top qualifier Antonio Fernandez and Miguel Pifarre, both Spanish national

team members won silver and bronze in the recurve men’s competition.

Indoor world record holder Mike Schloesser (NED) won the bronze medal to conlude a good weekend for Team Hoyt in  Spain.

Stay tuned as Hoyt continues its success through the year!
