While upholding Hoyt’s Vision, Mission, Core Business Strategy, Management System Policy and Management Commitments, the International Sales Manager is responsible for the creation and development of methods and strategic plans for increasing international sales.
Responsibilities include planning, directing and coordinating the sales of the company’s products and services and the accomplishment of objectives, customer service and fulfillment, pricing, distributor support, field services support, and new product requirements. The International Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing the international sales forecast and working with the Production Planning Team to maximize sales while reducing inventory. This position interfaces with production and marketing departments to align sales programs & strategies within the company’s business plan and strategy. This position does require anywhere from 5 to 15 days of international travel per month.
