*If your purchase includes a new Hoyt bow you must register it for your entry to be valid. By checking the box, you will be redirected to our warranty registration form after submitting your contest entry. Entries including a bow that fail to register for warranty will be void.

Enter 1 item per line, price must match the price shown on your receipt (format 123.45). Do not include tax. If you do NOT have a receipt, enter only the bow you purchased.

If you have a receipt:

Upload a photo of your receipt showing all items, place of purchase, and date. You will receive credit for all Hoyt branded items.

If you DO NOT have a receipt:

Upload a photo of the serial number on your bow. You will receive credit up to 1,000 points without a receipt.
