People who GET SERIOUS bows get serious results. See what happens when you GET HOYT.

Bow Used: Avenger XT 1000

I was bowhunting from a ground blind a couple of days earlier when this group of six big toms walked by at about 4:00 p.m. At 80 yards, they were too far for a bow shot. Two days later, I took a hen decoy along and set it up at 20 yards. At 4:30 the same group came in, and went straight for the decoy. I drew my Avenger, which is set on 65 pounds, and waited for the shot I like. Finally, one came to 10 yards, facing me, head down. I put the pin between his neck and shoulder and released. He did two summersaults and lay silent. My Avenger, which I had just bought in November, drove the arrow with a fixed blade broadhead in deep. The tom was 21 pounds with a 10 and a half inch beard and 1 and a quarter inch spurs. This is the best bow I have ever owned.
